Raw Food Prep Classes

Our Raw Food Prep classes are small hands on un-cooking classes that we run
throughout the month.
Lexi & I host them at our spot in Constantia. Each month has a different theme and the
food is quite frankly, scrumptious!
We take a maximum of 12 people so each class is informative and inspiring with plenty of time for asking questions and exchanging ideas.
There are morning and evening classes.

CRACKERS AND BREADS
Recipes include: basic and flavoured crackers with dips and crudites, tortillas, essene bread and more.

LIQUID ELIXIRS - JUICES, SMOOTHIES & NUT MILKS
Juices and Smoothies form the cornerstone of a Raw food health-style. It is the easiest and tastiest way to get maximum nutrition into your body and soar to the next level of radiant health.
The recipes for this class will cover a vast array of different juice & smoothie recipes for all occasions. It will be a veritable liquid feast including how to make a most delicious coff-tea(our stimulating superfood alternative for coffee for all-nighters)

SPROUTS & SALADS
Sprouts and microgreens are one of the quickest way to take your food supply into your own hands and start to generate abundance in your back garden or kitchen windowsill.
In the class, as always we will eat delicious food and experiment with a variety of different salads. We will also be putting our hands in the soil and everyone will create their own tray of microgreens to take home.
You'll be eating your own home grown food within 10days.

MEZE MAY-HEM
The recipes for this class include soups, sauces, salsas, nut cheeses etc

3-COURSE SUMMER LUNCHEON
The recipes for this class will include everything you need to have a fabulous 3-course raw food luncheon including summer soups, salads and dips with decadent choc-chip ice-cream for dessert.

A GARDEN TEA PARTY
The recipes for this class include a variety of cakes, biscuits, snacks and healthy beverages.
