SALTED CARAMEL GRANOLA

METHOD

STEP 1:

Place the salted caramel ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

 

STEP 2:

Add ¾ cup of the caramel, rolled oats and the coconut back in the blender and pulse again until the rawnola comes together.

 

STEP 3:

Blend the chocolate cashew milk ingredients and then leave to cool until serving time.

 

STEP 4:

Serve the rawnola with fresh fruit and cashew chocolate milk.

 

INGREDIENTS

For salted caramel:

  • 6 medjool dates
  • ½ C peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Mesquite Powder
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • Water to smooth it out


For rawnola base:

  • 2 C rolled oats
  • 1 C shredded coconut
  • ¼ C Hemp Seeds


For chocolate cashew milk:

  • ½ C cashews soaked in 2 C of water for at least three hours
  • ¼ C Cacao Powder
  • ¼ C Coconut Blossom Nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp of salt
