PEANUT BUTTER & MACA ICE CREAM

STEP 1:

In a food processor, place all the ingredients except the crushed peanuts and blend into a smooth consistency.

STEP 2:

Fold in the crushed peanuts. 

STEP 3 :

Place in a container and freeze over night.

• ½ C peanut butter
• 1 C coconut cream
• 2 Tbsp coconut nectar
• 2 Tbsp Black Maca powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 150g dates, soaked
• 300g banana, frozen
• Pinch of salt
• ¼ C roasted peanuts, crushed
