CHOCOLATE PEAR OAT BOWL

METHOD

STEP 1:

Cook your oats as usual and stir in Superfood Protein Shake if desired.

 

STEP 2:

When oats are ready scoop it into a bowl and add warmed almond milk and coconut nectar to taste.

 

STEP 3:

Meanwhile, slice two pears lengthways and sauté in coconut oil for a couple minutes.

 

STEP 4:

Add your toppings! Like pumpkin seeds, pomegranate arils and cacao nibs.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 C cooked oats
  • ½ C almond milk
  • 1-2 pears
  • 1 Tbsp melted cacao butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp Coconut Blossom Nectar
  • 1 Tbsp Awaken Superfood Protein Shake (optional)

TOPPINGS:

  • Pomegranate arils
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Chocolate pieces
  • Hemp seeds
