SUPERFOOD PROTEIN GRANOLA

METHOD

STEP 1:

Preheat the oven to its lowest setting.

STEP 2:

Place the coconut oil, coconut nectar, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

STEP 3:

Add the oats, superfoods, nuts and seeds to the bowl. Stir thoroughly to coat well.

STEP 4:

Spread the mixture out evenly in a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 5:

Mix the granola every 5 minutes to roast the nuts and seeds equally.

STEP 6:

Once golden, remove from the oven.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ C almonds, diced
  • ¼ C walnuts, diced
  • ¼ C sunflower seeds
  • ¼ C pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ C Goji Berries or Mulberries
  • ¼ C Hemp Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Cinnamon PBPM
  • 2 C gluten-free oats
  • 1 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Blossom Nectar
  • ½ tsp salt
