METHOD

STEP 1:

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

 

STEP 2:

Add milk or water to achieve your desired consistency.

 

STEP 3:

Pour into glasses and enjoy!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 scoops Hemp Protein Powder
  • ¼ C rolled oats, soaked overnight and rinsed
  • ¼ C cashews, soaked overnight and rinsed
  • 3 small bananas (can be frozen)
  • 1 C coconut milk
  • ½ C water
  • 1 small hunk of ginger
  • 1 tsp. cardamon
  • 2 ice cubes (weather dependent)

 

TOPPINGS:

  • Banana slices
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Hemp Protein Powder
