METHOD

STEP 1:

Blend all the cream ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

 

TO MAKE EASY, GLUTEN-FREE FLAPJACKS:

Blend 1:1 ratio of buckwheat flour and water with a pinch of salt. In a ceramic, non-stock pan with a dash of coconut oil, fry up your flapjack stack! Serve with coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, sliced banana and a squeeze of lemon. Top with your maca cream and sliced organic strawberries... mmmmm!.

 

INGREDIENTS

Cream ingredients:

  • 500ml water & ice blocks
  • 1½ bananas, frozen
  • 1½ Tbsp Maca
  • ¾ C cashews
  • 6 dates
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½tsp vanilla extract, powder or pod (optional)


For the flapjacks:

  • 1 C buckwheat flour
  • 1 C water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of vanilla (optional)
  • Coconut oil
